Unbelievable! Last year we had to wait till April 19th (!) to be able to enjoy a little bit of spring. Thankfully the weather is quite different this year. The tree Islay chose for his spring branch tasting is different, too. This year he decided to try our purple-leaf plum. As usual he had no problems going up and once at the top, he happily nibbled at some twigs. But then… Find out yourself by looking at the picture story.

Unglaublich, aber letztes Jahr mussten wir bis zum 19. April(!) warten, bis wir endlich etwas Frühling genießen konnten. Das ist heute glücklicherweise anders. Auch der Baum ist ein anderer, denn dieses Jahr hat sich Islay entschieden, unsere Blutpflaume auszuprobieren. Hoch ging ja wie immer ganz einfach und einmal oben angekommen, hat er auch zufrieden an ein paar Zweigen geknabbert. Aber dann! Anbei wieder einmal eine Bildergeschichte.
